It requires high integrity and a solid theoretical foundation and - not least - a trustworthy and empathic DNA to not only train, tell and urge change but to inspire change – and this is what we do!

90% of our clients are returning clients and it is a conscious choice from Core Motion not to perform any canvassing or direct marketing, as we are only interested in working with clients who believe that we can inspire the core motions they require when they are ready.

At Core Motion, we believe that the person behind the consultant is the essential part of our toolbox as professional consultants and what we do. In other words, we do not employ or in-source external partners, but we choose only to accept the amount of work that we are able to deliver with our current core-team.

To us it is more important what we deliver than how much we deliver.

Executive one on one

Core dialogue with executives that experience performance drop in the landscape between business results and personal approach.

Leadership group dynamic in complex environments with highly skilled professionals

Change projects

Co-creating and deploying the change project. Merging business and people challenges into results - for both people and the business. Bringing the objective third party with the view from ‘the other side’.

Leadership training

Develop tailor-made programs that fit the goals and culture of the business. Facilitating and teaching leadership and development programs. Challenging leaders during their leadership development to inspire a steeper learning curve.

Strategy development and implementation

Identify strategic drivers and break them down into hands-on plans and actions. Assist that the strategy takes root by defining relevant measurable KPI’s. We disrupt the existing, reduce noise, communicate, and play to make the strategy as dynamic and inherent in actions, systems and intentions of the organization as possible.

HR design, optimization and construction

Operational models, Customer approach and mindset. Performance Management Systems, Talent Development Systems, Recruitment.
